A new wine region has appeared amongst the rivers, lakes, and mountains of North Central Washington.

"The Premier Wineries of the Columbia Cascade Wine Region"TM

"We have the right Latitude to change your Attitude about Wine" TM

Bordered by the towering Cascade Mountains to the west and sagebrush covered hills to the east, vineyards and wineries are rapidly appearing throughout the area.

The winemakers of this area have joined together in the belief that the influence of the Cascade Mountains and the broad rivers and lakes make the region unique amongst Washington State's winegrowing regions. In recognition of this we are calling the area the Columbia Cascade region. It is the fastest growing wine region in Washington State. Come enjoy outstanding wines, wonderful people, great weather, beautiful scenery, indoor and outdoor activities, summer theater, great dining, a wide variety of lodging facilities, entertainment, attractions; there is something in our region for everyone.

The Columbia Cascade Winery Association was founded in November of 2002 at which time our wine region consisted of fewer than five wineries.  Today our association includes 27 wineries, and the number continues to grow.  In the Columbia Cascade region, we have several distinct wine-producing areas: Lake Chelan, the area surrounding Leavenworth, the Okanogan (U.S.Side!) and the Wenatchee valley.  Each location is unique and features many outstanding wines - wines which have received Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards in national and international competitions.  And not only has the total number of wineries increased, the acreage planted to wine grapes has also grown.  Our winemakers, owners, and winery staffs invite you to come and enjoy our outstanding wines, our unrivaled hospitality, and our passion for our craft:  we believe that
